Structural composition:

 

It is generally composed of the main machine (filter belt, multi-channel pressure roller, motor, and air compression pump), dosing tank, dosing pump, sedimentation tank, sedimentation tank, clean water tank, mud pump, and pipeline.

 

Working principle:

Workflow:

(5) The vulnerable parts of the centrifuge are the bearings and seals. The maintenance cycle of the discharge screw pusher is generally more than three years. Imported famous bearings and seals can ensure that the equipment operates for a longer time with high intensity. Normal maintenance can greatly extend the maintenance cycle.
